Cancellation / Refund / Return Policy

At Malgudi Cafe, we’re all about serving you fresh, authentic South Indian food with love. We understand that plans can change, so here’s how we handle cancellations and refunds:

Order Cancellations (Pickup & Delivery)

• If you need to cancel your order, please call us as soon as possible at [Phone Number].
• Cancellations within 5 minutes of placing the order will be fully refunded.
• If food prep has already begun or the order has been dispatched, unfortunately, we cannot process a cancellation or refund.

Refunds

• If there’s an issue with your order (wrong item, missing item, quality concern), please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your food.
• We’ll do our best to make it right—either by offering a replacement, credit toward your next order, or a partial/full refund depending on the situation.
• Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment and may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Returns

• Since our food is made fresh and perishable, we do not accept returns.
• If you're unsatisfied for any reason, let us know—we're here to help and want every meal to hit the spot!
